Gold Hill, Saftsbury
anniversary (14/2/2010) we visited Gold Hill,
so as you do, I took some pictures and with
a little artistic licence came up with this.
A plant from the garden
Produced using acrylic on a pad.
Trust me the real thing looks more
stunning that this photo can show.
Holiday project
probably will be given to one of the grandchildren :)
made up of three separate pictures to form one theme.
Fun to do, Acrylic on canvas
One for Liz (and me)
I knew I wanted to pen and ink the sail boat but
also wanted to add colour (water colour) buy
putting a picture in the hull of the boat.
Art class of 7th March
Pen and Ink with a touch of watercolour pencil
Miller Bears
Lowry Sailing boats
More of my Lowry art work.
Acrylic on canvas. Loved the colours.
Not for re-sale just for my pleasure.
Art Class work
Lowry again
I can't help copying Lowry art, I just love it.
This one is Acrylic on canvas and has just taken
pride of place in our new static caravan.
Not for re-sale just for my pleasure.
Acrylic ducks
One of my favourites,
painted from a photograph taken
at Staunton Park County Park in Havant.
Line drawings
Something different - black pen line
drawing and watercolour shading.
Art class of 20th Sept 2008
This went well I thought,
only done in pencil but quite effective......
Dog or Cat?
Don't laugh this was meant to be a tiger -
Oh well you can't win them all......
Jerusalem picture finished
Genevieve was kind enough to bring me back
a very colourful fridge magnet from her trip to
the Holy Land. Me being me thought it would
make a great project to paint it on the biggest
canvas I could find in my loft. It may take a tad
longer for me to complete but I will get there in
the end and hopfully it will be a joy to look at?
All finished now, that kept me busy for a while.
Watercolour Pencils
In my latest art classes we are covering flowers.
All the other people in the class manage to do
just one flower not me, as usual I feel the
need to do lots in one go.
Pen and Ink
This is one of my pen and ink pictures,
from Padstow. My art changes day by day
with the new ideas I have along with the
different mediums I use.
Disney
Even Disney is not safe from me.
This one is in Pen and Ink. It did not need colour.
There are not many mediums I have not tried.
